Returns Policy

Returns (if applicable)

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect by emailing enquire@cottonandcard.co.uk. We will then make arrangements with you to return the item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We currently do not accept returns on personalised items including cards and clothing.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect and whereby repair or rectification is uneconomical. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and whereby repair or rectification is uneconomical. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquire@cottonandcard.co.uk and we can make arrangements with you.

If you would like to exchange an unwanted item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at enquire@cottonandcard.co.uk and we can make arrangements with you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank or Credit Card Company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
